Simple medical care for adults . If you are in between insurances, do not have insurance, need your diabetes or blood pressure medication or other problems and need medical care , you may make an appointment.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointments scheduled time by using the online booking system to reschedule.
We reserve the right to assess a $20 cancelation fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
You may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance provider, if you have an insurance that allows you to visit any doctor. We are in the process of accepting more insurances.
